In Emergency Turn to Open - 20193

This sign is used to signify that the doorknob of a security door on an escape route must be turned in an anti-clockwise direction in order for the opening device to operate.  Safe condition signs are used to create awareness of emergency locations, rescue equipment, safety facilities and exits.
